...A HAT!

After Saddam's first broadcast following the start of the war, critics immediately commented that it was difficult to tell if it was Saddam due to the beret and glasses.  In the comparisons below, one can see that the beret could not conceal the forehead of the old (real) Saddam, although it could do a reasonable job masking the fact that there was a stand-in for the Iraqi leader (or perhaps I'm just delusional, have entirely too much time on my hands and have absolutely no clue what I'm talking about...either way, you've seen the evidence...you be the judge)
