I must admit, that if the current "Saddam" is not Saddam, surgeons have done a good job with overall alignment of features. In the photos below, I have sized them to match face width - so that we're comparing apples-to-apples as it were - and I have retained this relative size throughout the comparison. You can see below that facial width matches well, as does nose width and pupil alignment (I should note that the pupils on the current Saddam appear to diverge somewhat in the photo).
Is it just me, or is there a definite qualitative difference between the old Saddam and new Saddam?
